Funds Usage and Refunds

The money you add to your Wicketguru account cannot be withdrawn. Can be used to participate in leagues, activities, and tournaments on Wicketguru. On a case-by-case basis, we may review technical errors and, if necessary, refund or credit at our discretion. Wicketguru decides whether to reimburse a user after deducting cancellation fees and taxes. The funds will be refunded to the wallet account from which they were deducted.

Please send an email within 48 hours if you have any concerns. Whenever possible, refunds are processed using the same payment method or financial instrument as the original transaction. You will receive a refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your email if funds have been processed to your credit card or bank account without being credited to your Wicketguru wallet.
